Your Brain Isn't Broken.
You Just Need a Reset.

A coaching program that works with your neurodivergent brain, not against it. Built by a therapist who gets it, because she's lived it too.

You're Not Lazy. You're Not Broken.
Your Brain Just Works Differently.

If any of these feel like your daily reality, this program was built for you.

The Fire-Fighting Mode

You're only motivated to "put the fires out." Bills get paid late with multiple late fees. Sometimes utilities get shut off. When overwhelmed, you shut down completely. Avoidance and procrastination keep you stuck in hypervigilance.

The Execution Gap

You know what to do. You have every intention of doing it. But there's a gap between knowing and doing. You can't find anything, making you late constantly. The house is a mess. Your partner is frustrated. Organization projects start but never finish.

The Overwhelmed Parent

You struggle to keep your kids' schedules straight. Your anxiety transfers to them. Getting kids to do things themselves feels impossible, so you either do it yourself or resort to yelling. Your stress becomes their stress.

The Emotional Reactivity

When attention is scattered and stress is high, your nervous system runs in overdrive. You're impulsive, defensive, quick to react, jumping to conclusions. You know you need to slow down and pause, but you don't know how.

I Know What "What's Wrong With Me?" Feels Like

Before Angela became a coach, she was the kid who couldn't figure out why everything felt harder for her than everyone else.

As a kid, Angela was painfully shy with a head full of creative ideas and conversations that looped endlessly in her mind. She constantly daydreamed about her ideal life, but reality meant working way harder and longer than her peers on everything: schoolwork, household organization, social situations.

The anxiety was overwhelming. Second-guessing herself constantly. Always running late. Forgetting thank-you notes. The guilt touched every area of her life. She felt "less than" because she couldn't keep up with what seemed effortless for everyone else.

That experience shaped everything about how she works today. After 26 years as a licensed clinical therapist, she noticed a pattern: traditional therapy (meeting once or twice a month) simply wasn't enough for people struggling with planning, prioritizing, getting started, and following through.

Especially when you have a neurodivergent brain. You don't need more advice. You need more support, more accountability, and more time to build systems that actually stick.

That's why Focus Reset Coaching exists. Not as a replacement for therapy, but as the structured, hands-on support system that bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

Therapeutic Depth

25+ years of clinical experience means Angela knows what questions to ask and where the real obstacles hide.

Lived Experience

She's not coaching from a textbook. She's coached herself through the same executive function challenges you're facing right now.

Between-Session Support

Unlike most programs, you get phone calls and text check-ins between sessions. Real accountability, not just weekly homework.

4 Weeks to a Focused, Calmer You

Completely personalized, strength-based, and holistic. Here's exactly what we'll work on together.

1
Week One

Awareness & Baseline

Understanding how problematic symptoms and behaviors actually show up in your real, day-to-day life.

  • Pattern Mapping · Identify your personal triggers, avoidance patterns, and the specific moments where focus breaks down
  • Strength Discovery · Uncover what already works for you (because your brain has superpowers, not just struggles)
  • Baseline Assessment · Establish clear starting metrics so we can measure real progress, not guesswork
Between sessions: Check-in call + text support
2
Week Two

Environmental Reset

External structure to support internal focus. Your space shapes your brain's ability to perform.

  • Workspace Optimization · Design your physical environment (home, office, car) to reduce decision fatigue and visual clutter
  • System Installation · Build command centers, launch pads, and reset routines customized to how you actually live
  • External Supports · Connect you with the right tools, technology, and resources to keep systems running
Between sessions: Check-in call + text support
3
Week Three

Time & Task Mastery

Learning how your brain works and using that to your advantage, not fighting against it.

  • Activation Strategies · Build a personalized daily startup routine that gets you moving in 15 minutes (no willpower required)
  • Priority Chunking · Break overwhelming task lists into brain-friendly action steps with clear "done" markers
  • Decision Filters · Install simple systems that cut through analysis paralysis and reduce commitment overload
Between sessions: Check-in call + text support
4
Week Four

Emotional Regulation

Calm the nervous system and plan for real life. This is where everything comes together.

  • Nervous System Reset · Learn practical mindfulness skills and body-based techniques to move out of fight/flight/freeze
  • Whole-Body Approach · Integrate movement, nutrition, and brain-training strategies that support sustained focus
  • Sustainability Plan · Lock in your wins with a personalized maintenance blueprint so progress sticks long after we're done
Between sessions: Check-in call + text support
