As a kid, Angela was painfully shy with a head full of creative ideas and conversations that looped endlessly in her mind. She constantly daydreamed about her ideal life, but reality meant working way harder and longer than her peers on everything: schoolwork, household organization, social situations.
The anxiety was overwhelming. Second-guessing herself constantly. Always running late. Forgetting thank-you notes. The guilt touched every area of her life. She felt "less than" because she couldn't keep up with what seemed effortless for everyone else.
That experience shaped everything about how she works today. After 26 years as a licensed clinical therapist, she noticed a pattern: traditional therapy (meeting once or twice a month) simply wasn't enough for people struggling with planning, prioritizing, getting started, and following through.
Especially when you have a neurodivergent brain. You don't need more advice. You need more support, more accountability, and more time to build systems that actually stick.
That's why Focus Reset Coaching exists. Not as a replacement for therapy, but as the structured, hands-on support system that bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
